It’s hard to see someone who is very calm in facing obstacles and hardships nowadays. The question is; can we become such a person? My answer would be a definite yes.
In present, there are so many methods introduced or created in helping people to achieve or striving for calmness for examples meditation, yoga, tai-chi etc.
However, in my opinion as regard to this matter is that the methods used are not important. What matters most is for us to identify and solve our problems with an open mind. Apart from that, we must be happy for ourselves and others in facing this world that full with challenges.
Few tips to be happy and calm feel calm:
1.Know your own self.
2.Don’t forget your root.
3.Love what you do and be happy with it.
4.Love your neighbors/others.
5.Learn to say sorry and start forgiving others.
6.Smile, as it releases all kind of pain.
7.Be humble and control your emotions.
8.Take time for yourself.
9.Be positive and think positive.
10.LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST!
